Your first visit to North Star Sleep Solutions can be simple and straightforward.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your initial appointment. When you arrive, please bring the following items:

Insurance coverage for oral appliances
Dr. Jennings is contracted with a nationwide medical specialty group of sleep physicians and sleep dentists.
This nationwide group participates with the various insurance plans and extends that through care rendered by Dr. Jennings.
Many of these plans will not show Dr. Jennings as a participating provider; however, through his contracted affiliation, we can offer you in-network benefits for the following commercial insurance plans:
We provide complimentary benefit verification as well as cost estimates for our patients prior to treatment.
